Beautiful addition to a table. The bowls are alive with color, and the six colors are sophisticated--three deep, three lighter. I bought the plates too and they mix and match. What I loved best was the way they combine with ordinary tableware (in several colors) in a way that gives a light-filled table set in jewel colors. For those reading through the reviews--I think the size is fabulous for desserts, appetizers, sizes or cold soups.

These bowls are a little smaller than I was hoping, but I absolutely love them. The colors are part of the glass, not just a coating and the colors just shine through as you use them. They fit nicely in the dishwasher as well.
