Craft Paper Penguin
Keisuke Saka, 2007

"Karakuri" is a Japanese term meaning "trick mechanism" and is used to describe devices whose mechanical movement is designed solely to amuse or surprise. This charming Karakuri craft paper kit takes less than two hours to complete and requires simple cutting, folding, and gluing. Simply by turning the crank the penguin will flap it's wings.

Recommended for ages 10 and up.
