Eames® Molded Plastic Side Chair with Wire Base (DSR)

Designed in 1948 by Charles and Ray Eames, whose work is represented in the Museum's collection, and first presented at MoMA in the International Competition for Low-Cost Furniture, the molded plastic chair was the first plastic chair to be mass-produced.
