Egg Beater

Manufactured by OXO, whose work is represented in the Museum's collection, this innovative egg beater features smoothly rotating gears enclosed in an upright handle for protection and quick clean-up. The turning knob and contoured handle have a soft, comfortable, non-slip grip for easy operation, even with wet hands. The two stainless steel beaters can be removed for individual cleaning and the base detaches by simply pressing two side buttons. A stainless steel bridge extends slightly longer than the beater to rest against the bottom of the mixing bowl to reduce arm strain. Made of acrylic, santoprene, and stainless steel. Base detaches from handle and is dishwasher-safe. Handle is hand-wash only.
