Pivoting Peeler

Equipped with a ceramic blade that stays sharp ten times longer than steel, this peeler has a pivoting 45-degree cutting angle that allows for both vertical and horizontal peeling. With its non-slip, ambidextrous grip, the peeler glides effortlessly through foods. The Pivoting Peeler reflects the Museum’s long and storied history with Japan, featuring over 1,000 works in the collection by Japanese artists and designers including objects, tea-related items, textiles, furniture design, films, painting, and sculpture.
