The Films of Charles and Ray Eames DVD Box Set
Charles and Ray Eames
Charles and Ray Eames are best known for their contributions to architecture, furniture and industrial design. But the legacy of this husband and wife team also includes more than 75 films that reflect the breadth and depth of their interests. Included are Powers of Ten, probably one of the most seen short films of the post-war era, and Toccata for Toy Trains -- two brilliant examples of the Eameses' skill, creativity, and far-reaching interests. The scores for both those films and some thirty others were written by their friend and collaborator, Elmer Bernstein. This Box Set contains The Films of Charles & Ray Eames, volumes 1 - 6.
Total Running Time: 391 minutes
