Wiggle Stool
Frank Gehry, 1972
Reissued by the Vitra Design Museum in Germany, this sculptural stool made from recycled corrugated cardboard with lacquered side panels was originally designed as part of Gehry's ground-breaking Easy Edges series of sturdy cardboard furniture. Reminiscent of African stools and sculptures, the stool's beautiful organic shape makes it a nice complement to a variety of settings.
