I love this product and have given it as a gift to two of my friends as well. However, instructions should be included, and mention that there is a greenish film over the disks to attach to the underside of your laptop. It needs to be removed before attaching the rubber feet - and a little moisture helps keep them stuck. Otherwise, the film causes the feet to fall off - which other reviewers have complained about. My friends and I particularly like that the feet give a useful slope to the keyboard.

Every laptop owner should have these - there's no handier way of keeping the machine cool, and they can easily be taken off if need be. I was so pleased with a set I bought for myself that I bought another set for a friend, who was just as delighted - and also remaked on the easier keyboard angle!

As a new laptop owner, I just wasn't happy using a flat keyboard, so these feet are great for raising the angle of the keyboard to a more comfortable typing position. However, I don't stick them on the the back of my laptop permanantly, as this would make it difficult to carry it in my bag. I just slide them underneath the back of the laptop while I'm using it.

They don't stick on my netbook. Even adding double face tape doesn't work because if the netbook is open, it tips over. So this was wasted money and, since it is all open and attempted, I can't return it.
