The "O" series is the first wine-friendly stem-less glassware, stackable and ideal for everyday use. This tasting set includes varietal-specific glassware that greatly enhances the overall wine drinking experience. The five-piece set includes one of each of the most popular glasses: Chardonnay, Riesling/Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot/Burgundy, Cabernet/Merlot/Bordeaux, and Shiraz/Syrah. Each glass has the name of the varietal for which it is intended silkscreened onto its base. The "O" Tasting Set reflects the Museum’s interest in featuring barware from the modern era, examples of which are included in the Museum’s collection and have been the subject of exhibitions such as Modern Glassware. Includes wine-tasting instructions. Made of non-lead crystal. Dishwasher-safe. Glasses vary in size.

Comments about "O" Tasting Set:

I purchased this item as a gift for a friend who lives approximately 1400 miles from Houston. I had the item shipped directly from MoMA to that address. The gift was received with rave reviews. I personally possess Riedel "O" series glassware and enjoy it for everyday use in lieu of traditional stemware because it does not need the degree of care that accompanies traditional stemware.
