THE LAMP IS ATTRACTIVE, BUT IT IS NOT A FIXTURE. IT IS A PLUG IN LAMP. I WAS LOOKING FOR A LIGHT FIXTURE THAT COULD BE INSTALLED.

The light looks nice, but because it is just made of thick paper, it is virtually impossible to assemple without damaging the fragle pointed tips on the edges. It casts a nice glow, but you can also see the bulb clearly through the lamp, instead of the nice soft glow that is shown in the picture. All in all, I still like the design, but I wish I'd paid $40 for a cool, funky modern hanging light from Ikea that I think might have been about the same quality.

I would give this 3 or 4 stars - but because it is so affordable it deserves 4. I have a maybe 18x18 foot room with 11 foot ceilings and I had a hard time finding something in my price range that wouldn't look swallowed up by the size of the room.

Of course the design is very nice, coming from the moma store and all. It can be an uplight or downlight which is a bonus.

My main qualm is that you can see the lightbulb fairly easily through the perforations - of course this is due to the way the fixture is manufactured - which is WHY it is able to be so cheap!

Returned this product. It's [$] for a reason. It's basically paper. Something you would have in your college dorm, not in your house. Wrinkles easy, difficult to assemble, not symmetrical, worth about $30. Not recommended.

I am in love with this lamp! It looks every bit as good as in the pictures and was very easy to assemble. Mine is hanging next to the guest room bed with a lamp I bought in Denmark hanging on the other side. I like this one better. For the money you can't go wrong with this choice.
